Job Summary

This role supports the growth of the adhesives, sealants, and construction chemicals division by combining technical knowledge with sales and business development efforts in the Jordanian market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the product range for adhesives, sealants, and related chemicals.
• Acquire and maintain strong technical knowledge of adhesives, sealants, PU foams, silicones, and construction chemicals.
• Provide technical support and product advice to the sales team and customers.
• Join sales representatives on customer and project visits when technical expertise is needed.
• Assist the sales team in meeting category sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities with contractors, projects, workshops, and industrial clients.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, trials, and technical training sessions.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, technical issues, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business-related fields.
• Experience in sales of construction chemicals, adhesives, sealants, building materials, or related industries is advantageous.
• Strong technical understanding combined with a commercial and sales-oriented mindset.
• Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, customer visits, and construction/project sites.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Valid driving license.
