أخصائي حسابات فنية وتطبيقات – الزيوت العطرية (TECHNICAL ACCOUNT & APPLICATION SPECIALIST – ESSENTIAL OILS)

Job Summary

This role supports industrial customers in Jordan and selected Levant regions by providing technical expertise and account coordination for essential oils and natural aromatic ingredients used in fragrance, cosmetics, personal care, flavour, and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate essential oil grades for their applications.
• Handle technical product inquiries and coordinate product samples.
• Collect and manage customer evaluation feedback and technical documentation.
• Support quotations and commercial follow-up activities.
• Maintain records of customers and samples.
• Coordinate with international suppliers and internal commercial teams.
• Conduct customer visits in Jordan and selected regional markets.
• Identify additional applications within existing accounts and support product presentations and evaluation meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience preferred.
• Direct experience with essential oils, fragrance ingredients, flavours, natural ingredients, or cosmetics raw materials.
• Customer-facing technical experience.
• Experience managing samples or product evaluations.
• Ability to understand product specifications.
• Good commercial awareness and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred.
• Availability for customer visits and regional travel.
