Job Summary

This role is part of the Infrastructure Support team at TDM Group, providing operational and project support to the company and its global partners. The specialist handles support requests, incident resolution, and technical implementations across various infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Resolve assigned requests, incidents, and problems within SLA and ITIL standards.
• Diagnose and manage problems effectively.
• Implement and manage IT infrastructure solutions and systems.
• Follow TDM Group’s IT processes and security policies.
• Help develop and apply processes, best practices, and quality solutions.
• Support team knowledge sharing and documentation.
• Mentor team members when needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and be willing to travel as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems administration.
• Certifications required: Red Hat Certified System Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer – Associate.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server administration, with emphasis on Linux.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation using Ansible.
• Experience with Public Cloud IaaS (Azure, AWS) and virtualization platforms (VMWare, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server).
• Understanding of networking principles and infrastructure management tasks.
• Skills in scripting (cmd, PowerShell, bash) and Python.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory Domain Services), backup and disaster recovery, EDR solutions (focus on Microsoft Defender for cloud), and infrastructure as code.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or MCSA in Windows Server.
