Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the preparation and execution of sales and operational plans to meet set objectives, while ensuring continuous improvement and professional development within the sales engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation and implementation of sales and operational plans and budgets to meet agreed goals and objectives.
• Monitor progress and deviations from sales plans and provide regular reports to management including corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate to maintain and improve integrated sales system documentation and leverage management information system applications.
• Support capacity building of the Sales Engineers team in professional and technical knowledge and best practices.
• Conduct regular research and analysis to advise management on marketing opportunities related to projects.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge related to business best practices.
