Job Summary

The Solutions Engineer at Hamsa is responsible for creating and delivering demos and proofs of concept that demonstrate the capabilities of Arabic voice AI technologies. This role involves integrating ASR, TTS, and voice agents with enterprise systems and managing the full lifecycle of POCs to support customer adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct realistic demos of Hamsa’s ASR, TTS, and voice agents for various enterprise applications.
• Manage enterprise POCs by defining scope, success criteria, deploying solutions, and reporting results.
• Integrate Hamsa’s technology with CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, and SaaS platforms using n8n, Make, Zapier, and APIs.
• Communicate business impact through clear metrics such as accuracy, cost savings, and service speed improvements.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support sales processes, customize demos, and develop reusable assets.
• Create and maintain demo libraries, integration templates, and training materials for GTM teams.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, sales, and product teams to ensure solution credibility and compliance.
• Knowledge of call center platforms such as Twilio, SIP, Freshworks, Avaya, and Genesys is advantageous.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a technical pre-sales or solutions role within enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or telecom sectors.
• Practical experience with no-code or low-code automation tools including n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.
• Ability to articulate business value with measurable before-and-after metrics like accuracy and cost reduction.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Strong skills in customer engagement, discovery, demo presentation, and clear explanation of technical concepts.
• Capability to independently manage POCs from start to finish with limited engineering support.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or voice agent orchestration.
• Understanding of voice technologies including VoIP, SIP, Twilio, Freshworks, Avaya, Genesys, and call center or customer experience systems is a plus.
