Job Summary

This role involves supporting the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow SPM solutions by translating business requirements into technical solutions and providing ongoing support and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and administration of ServiceNow SPM modules including applications, forms, workflows, business rules, and notifications.
• Maintain SPM configurations according to approved standards and requirements.
• Assist with integrations between ServiceNow SPM and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and Integration Hub.
• Troubleshoot integration and data synchronization issues.
• Participate in requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops, documenting and analyzing business and technical needs.
• Develop and maintain basic JavaScript and ServiceNow scripts to implement customizations and enhancements.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, support deployment, change management, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes while ensuring compliance with security and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of demand management, portfolio management, applications, and data analysis.
• Ability to meet delivery targets, report progress and deviations, solve problems, and escalate complex operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve SPM processes, configurations, and user experience.
