Job Summary

This role involves supporting the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow ESM solutions by translating business needs into technical solutions, maintaining platform operations, and driving continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops to gather and document business and technical requirements for ESM projects.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using ServiceNow features.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB.
• Develop and maintain scripts, APIs, workflows, automations, and integrations based on approved requirements.
• Provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot platform issues, and assist with defect resolution.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards, supporting KPIs and operational metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field.
• 4 to 6 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of Applications Development Standards and Procedures.
• Experience with Applications System Analysis, Design, and Architecture.
• Familiarity with Desktop Applications Knowledge and Distributed Applications Development.
• Experience in Help Desk Applications Support and Joint Applications Development.
