Job Summary

The Senior Service Sales Engineer at Carrier in Riyadh is responsible for driving growth in service and aftermarket sales by developing new business, managing customer relationships, and increasing revenue from service agreements and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand service sales channels.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while acquiring new clients.
• Create quotations, commercial proposals, and offers for service contracts.
• Lead negotiations to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Meet annual sales targets and keep accurate sales forecasts.
• Promote digital service solutions and seek opportunities for business expansion.
• Visit customers, track sales opportunities, and follow up on payments.
• Work with internal teams to provide effective solutions to customers.

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
• Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in service sales, aftermarket sales, or service contracts.
• Be proficient in Arabic and English.
• Possess strong skills in sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management.
• Demonstrate excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
