Job Summary

The Senior Manager SA&I based in Riyadh leads the Strategic Analytics and Insights team to deliver client-focused consumer insight and marketing effectiveness solutions that drive profitable growth and improve client ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage survey-based research projects aligned with clients’ business needs, including creating research frameworks and proposals
• Prepare proposals addressing clients’ business objectives
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Brief and train field staff
• Design questionnaires and interview or discussion guides
• Analyze data and information
• Draw conclusions and provide strong recommendations
• Control project costs and budgeting
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining close communication with decision makers
• Collect and analyze field and secondary data

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in research-related fields, preferably with retail, marketing sciences, or CRM focus
• Experience in custom or ad hoc survey-based research, especially in consumer insight or brand-tracking solutions
• Experience in digital analytics is a plus
• Strong analytical, writing, presentation, and communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and timely delivery
• Strong client-handling skills with ability to build relationships and add value to projects
• Demonstrated initiative, creative thinking, leadership, management, interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm
