Job Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or IT.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer insight and data analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of customer experience principles and market research methodologies.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to convert data into actionable advice.
• Understanding of Six Sigma principles for process improvement.
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Agile mindset focused on iterative development and continuous improvement.
