Job Summary

This role involves providing remote customer support to US restaurant owners using ZayOS’s online ordering system, handling urgent issues primarily in English and some Arabic via phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails, and chats from restaurant owners and their staff.
• Resolve issues such as missing paid orders, delayed delivery drivers, incorrect menu prices, and sold-out items.
• Update menus, prices, hours, and holiday closures for restaurant owners.
• Guide new owners through their first week using the dashboard, tablet, and order tracker.
• Log all issues in the system for continuity.
• Communicate clearly with engineers about technical problems to facilitate fixes.
• Follow up on promised callbacks.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English for communication with American restaurant owners.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
• Comfortable using software and troubleshooting basic issues.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, support, hospitality, or call center roles; restaurant or food service experience is advantageous.
• Strong writing skills for clear email and chat communication.
• Access to a quiet workspace, reliable computer, stable internet, and headset.
