Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Engineering Expert leads and coordinates QA activities for assigned products or projects, providing advanced expertise in software testing. The role focuses on test planning, execution, and improving automation, performance testing, and QA frameworks to ensure quality and timely digital delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily QA operations across assigned projects to ensure effective and timely testing.
• Develop and enhance testing frameworks, standards, and tools emphasizing functional, automation, and performance testing.
• Design scalable and maintainable automation and performance testing frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Review and approve test strategies, plans, cases, automation methods, performance test designs, and reports for coverage and quality.
• Implement AI-enabled testing methods and tools to improve test design, automation, defect analysis, and QA efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to QA Engineers on complex testing challenges and consistent QA practices.
• Maintain knowledge of security and penetration testing, collaborating with security teams to assess findings and support validation.
• Monitor quality metrics and ensure QA documentation and processes meet organizational and audit standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and ISTQB test certifications.
• 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for software quality issues.
• Attention to detail in identifying defects and deviations from requirements.
• Effective communication of testing results, defects, and quality risks.
• Commitment to high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Adaptability to evolving technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Technical understanding of software systems and QA tools.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and collaborate effectively across teams.
