Job Summary

The PMIS Specialist is responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting PMIS (PMWeb) projects, including user administration and system configuration to enhance project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize projects within PMIS (PMWeb).
• Provide user and administrative support for PMIS.
• Make changes in PMIS using design tools and configure workflows, forms, reports, and other system elements.
• Maintain documentation related to support requests and system changes.
• Create user guides and communicate solutions or training to users.
• Manage access control assignments and modifications.
• Develop and modify business processes, forms, workflows, data elements, and dashboards.
• Assist with projects such as version updates, data migration from legacy systems, and ensuring data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience administering and implementing EDMS and/or PMIS for construction or engineering projects.
• Experience implementing PMWeb and Aconex.
• Strong understanding of construction and engineering processes.
• Hands-on technical skills with SQL and SQL Server, including custom forms development, data structure setup, database queries, SQL and XML scripting, and user access control.
• Experience with Visual Studio and SSRS for custom report development and maintenance.
• Proficiency in SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and system customization.
• Experience using Power BI for interactive dashboards and data visualization.
• Knowledge of integration systems via web services and database links.
• Good technical understanding of PMWeb to evaluate support request efforts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
