Job Summary

The Oracle HR Techno-Functional Consultant will leverage expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS to analyze business needs, configure solutions, develop integrations and reports, and support HR digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HRMS solutions.
• Configure, implement, and maintain Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, business users, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and create functional and technical design documentation.
• Develop and manage reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows.
• Design and support integrations between Oracle HR applications and external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues promptly.
• Support testing phases, deployment, and post-production activities including documentation preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience with Oracle HR applications.
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS.
• Participation in at least one full implementation or major enhancement project.
• Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Effective communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities.
• Capability to work independently and within multidisciplinary project teams.
