Job Summary

This role manages growth initiatives for Uber’s rider segment in Saudi Arabia, focusing on airport operations and strategic portfolio opportunities. It involves cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to enhance rider experience and scale new products.

Responsibilities

• Manage rider growth and performance for Uber’s airport portfolio in Saudi Arabia by monitoring key metrics and driving improvements.
• Identify and resolve friction points in the airport rider journey, including pickup experience and product availability.
• Analyze airport rider behavior using SQL and dashboards to find opportunities and inform actions.
• Lead operational execution of airport initiatives and partnerships within the rider scope.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to adapt best practices and new airport-related solutions for Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee strategic rider growth initiatives beyond the core funnel, from hypothesis to launch and iteration.
• Support launching and scaling new rider use cases and premium products like Black and Comfort.
• Develop and implement rider strategies for major events and engage with external partners representing the rider perspective.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Growth, Management Consulting, Technology, Marketplace businesses, or related fields.
• Strong business and operational skills with the ability to clarify ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable working independently with large datasets and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated project and program management experience from problem definition through execution.
• Excellent execution skills and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with internal and external parties.
• Good business judgment balancing rider experience, growth, operational feasibility, and commercial factors.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
• Arabic language proficiency and experience in mobility, marketplaces, travel, airports, transportation, or consumer technology are advantageous.
