Job Summary

Join Hamsa’s infrastructure team as a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer. You will own end-to-end services on a production platform running across AWS and Google Cloud, working with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps to support AI infrastructure handling real-time voice workloads and GPU inference.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across services and environments
• Write and maintain Terraform to provision infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud
• Deploy, monitor and troubleshoot containerised applications on Kubernetes (EKS and GKE)
• Build dashboards and alerts, then investigate what they tell you
• Automate repetitive operational work in Python or Bash
• Keep staging and production consistent and support release days
• Prepare and maintain client-specific deployment environments
• Join the on-call rotation and write documentation and runbooks

Must haves

• 2–4 years of hands-on DevOps, cloud or infrastructure engineering experience
• Real production experience with AWS or Google Cloud, not just course completion
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals: deployments, services, ingress, config maps, secrets, resource limits
• Experience with Terraform or another infrastructure-as-code tool
• Solid Linux command line and troubleshooting skills
• Scripting in Python or Bash, comfortable with Git-based workflows and at least one CI/CD platform

• Exposure to both AWS and Google Cloud
• Helm, ArgoCD or Flux
• Prometheus and Grafana
• Basic cloud security: IAM policies, least privilege, secrets management, or relevant certifications such as AWS SAA, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, CKA, or Terraform Associate
