Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist role at BE-Konn is a full-time hybrid position based in Amman, responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s AI platform and digital mentor solutions across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for BE-Konn’s AI platform and digital mentor solutions.
• Conduct market research and segment target audiences.
• Develop marketing strategies and content.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to support lead generation.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights.
• Optimize marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and customers to maintain consistent messaging.
• Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility between office and home.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills for engaging prospects, clients, and internal teams.
• Experience in market research including data collection, analysis, and actionable insights.
• Proficiency in marketing strategy development and campaign execution across digital and traditional channels.
• Basic to intermediate sales skills with ability to collaborate with sales teams on lead generation and conversion.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as social media ads, email marketing, CRM, and web analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, and ASO.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting, combining office presence in Amman and remote work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in AI, wellbeing, and human performance with willingness to learn about BE-Konn’s products and industry.
