Job Summary

The Managing Consultant SAP PI/PO is responsible for leading large integration programs, defining solution architecture, managing client relationships, and ensuring delivery governance. The role requires alignment of integration solutions with enterprise strategies and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of integration architecture and strategy.
• Manage large-scale integration implementations and rollouts.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery of integration solutions.
• Ensure adherence to governance, standards, and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and client expectations.
• Support pre-sales activities, estimation, and solution design.
• Mentor project teams to ensure delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI implementations.
• Expertise in SAP PO, CPI, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Strong knowledge of API-led integration, middleware, and hybrid landscapes.
• Advanced skills in integration technologies, complex mappings, Java/custom adapters, and performance tuning.
• Understanding of SAP landscapes including ECC and S/4HANA and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record in large-scale implementations and transformations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and SAP module functionalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Consulting skills including teamwork, creative thinking, time management, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to document solutions and adhere to project guidelines effectively.
