Job Summary

This role involves managing digital transformation projects within financial services, focusing on delivering client value and leading teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client service and drive high performance while encouraging collaboration across different businesses and regions.
• Positively influence clients, teams, and individuals by leading through example and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Understand and align with key objectives of clients and Deloitte, setting priorities and direction accordingly.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Management, or related fields; MBA or relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
• PMI-PMP certification or equivalent is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of experience managing or implementing technology systems such as Core Banking (Temenos, Mambu, others), ERP (Oracle, others), and digital platforms.
• Experience with various banking products across retail and commercial banking.
• Experience establishing PMO or transformational offices.
• Experience managing teams of at least 5 people.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment, and willingness to travel.
• Experience in strategy execution and performance management is a plus.
• KPI certification is an advantage.
