Job Summary

The Key Account Specialist manages and maintains strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, ensuring efficient execution of all post-sales activities such as service implementation, onboarding, and client success in line with company policies and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients regarding all post-sales issues.
• Ensure service implementation complies with client contracts, company policies, and operational standards.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Represent the company during client visits, meetings, events, reviews, and presentations.
• Oversee client onboarding, orientation, and service delivery to guarantee smooth transitions and satisfaction.
• Manage client tickets and inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services efficiently and meet client expectations.
• Monitor client satisfaction and seek opportunities to improve processes and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business administration or project management software.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and problem solving.
• Proficient in MS Office.
