Job Summary

An early-career role on a small, senior team where you will ship production code from your first weeks with close review and support. You will work across services, tooling and interfaces and are expected to grow quickly.

Responsibilities

• Ship production code from your first weeks, with review and support around you.
• Work across services, tooling and interfaces as the work requires.
• Write tests and instrumentation as a matter of course.
• Read the code before asking questions and document what you learn.
• Take on increasing scope as you demonstrate capability, measured in months rather than years.

Must haves

• Strong foundation in programming and computer science, from a degree, self-teaching or work experience.
• Evidence of building things: projects, contributions or internships.
• Clear written communication and confidence to communicate when stuck.
• Genuine interest in systems, hardware or machine learning.

Nice to haves

• Internship or placement experience.
• Open source contributions.
• Depth of familiarity with Linux, C++, Rust or Python.
