Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative at KaiZen365 Technology handles customer inquiries and supports the sales team to increase revenue. This full-time position requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns via email
• Generate new sales leads through cold emails, calls, and follow-ups
• Engage with customers to understand needs and identify sales opportunities
• Prepare sales offers for customers
• Follow up with vendors through email communication
• Maintain and update the prospects database
• Research and contact new leads on LinkedIn
• Stay informed about products, services, and competitor offerings
• Upsell products and services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1-3 years experience in inside sales or customer service
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of lead generation and prospecting techniques
• Expertise in B2B sales processes
• Ability to multitask and manage time to meet sales targets
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment
