Job Summary

This role focuses on driving digital growth through technical skills, combining programming, data analysis, and digital marketing to create automated systems that generate and convert leads into sales. The position involves rapid experimentation and use of AI to build scalable acquisition and conversion channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns to attract quality leads, measuring cost-effectiveness and optimizing results.
• Enhance website SEO from technical and content perspectives, monitoring keywords, site speed, and structure.
• Operate and optimize Google Ads campaigns with conversion tracking and return analysis.
• Develop and execute large-scale automated email campaigns including segmentation and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion.
• Create and publish high-quality content aligned with growth goals across relevant channels.
• Edit images and videos for various digital content using appropriate editing tools.
• Utilize market research, competitor analysis, and social listening tools to identify growth opportunities and effective messaging.
• Build and automate CRM systems and follow-up pipelines integrating multiple lead sources.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate from Information Technology or a related technical field with up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong Python programming skills for automation, API integration, data processing, and internal tool development.
• Experience with image and video editing tools to produce campaign visuals.
• Willingness to learn photography to support content creation.
• Basic knowledge of SEO techniques and performance tracking.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads campaign mechanics and optimization.
• Proficient in using Claude.ai tools for research, writing, analysis, and automation.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh.
• Self-driven with a data-oriented mindset, capable of rapid learning and working under ambiguity.
• Committed to disciplined daily execution and high-quality output.

Nice to haves

• Experience managing social media campaigns or building landing pages.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or similar editing software.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or experience with content management systems.
• Experience setting up tracking systems such as UTM, pixels, and event tracking.
• Interest in entrepreneurship and product development.
