Job Summary

Lead the product development for a new brand in skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and personal care, focusing on creating effective and valuable products tailored to Arab markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products.
• Understand and select active ingredients and raw materials.
• Collaborate with factories, cosmetic manufacturers, and laboratories.
• Evaluate product effectiveness and quality.
• Explain product efficacy clearly and convincingly.
• Participate in brand representation through training sessions and videos.
• Engage in conferences and events as a leadership figure.
• Create educational content and communicate scientific value to customers and sales teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge in cosmetic formulation, product development, or related fields.
• Experience with active ingredients and their functions.
• Ability to work with raw materials and suitable formulations.
• Capability to liaise with factories and laboratories.
• Strong communication skills and passion for engagement.
