مهندس Full Stack (Full Stack Engineer)

Job Summary

The Full Stack Engineer designs, develops and tests applications end-to-end across backend services built on Microsoft .NET technologies and frontend/mobile experiences built with React. This role combines backend engineering with modern frontend and mobile development to build secure, scalable and high-performing digital healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test applications end-to-end based on user requirements across backend and frontend layers.
• Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with internal services and third-party systems.
• Design and implement secure APIs using API Gateway and API Management tools.
• Implement and manage OAuth 2.0-based authentication and authorization flows, including JWT-based security.
• Design and develop microservices architecture applying best practices for scalability, resilience and performance.
• Work with SQL Server databases, writing efficient SQL queries and performing data modeling.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality, reliability and maintainability.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities through code reviews and threat modeling, applying OWASP standards.

Must haves

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Microsoft .NET, .NET Core, .NET MVC backend development.
• React JS and React Native frontend and mobile development.
• Microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Architecture knowledge.
• SQL Server, SQL and data modeling expertise.
• OAuth 2.0 and JWT-based authentication and authorization implementation.

Nice to haves

• Experience with Redis and Redis Cache.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Prior experience in the Healthcare domain.
