Job Summary

This role involves working closely with customer teams in Riyadh to deploy AI systems powered by large language models, managing projects from initial engagement through to production deployment and ongoing impact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on-site with operators and executives, managing each project like an independent venture within the customer organization.
• Clarify complex, high-stakes problems into actionable technical plans, prioritizing value-driven development.
• Design and implement scalable, production-grade AI systems using LLMs.
• Ensure adoption by delivering systems to users, measuring results, and iterating to achieve impact.
• Lead enterprise teams in AI adoption and define technical directions for engagements.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Python or TypeScript and experience with modern DevOps for reliable production systems.
• Practical experience with LLM tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Guardrails, MCP, or agent frameworks.
• Understanding of AI system evaluation, debugging, and observability.
• At least 1 year of experience building and deploying LLM-based applications or AI agents in production, including RAG pipelines and multi-step AI workflows.
• Customer-focused mindset prioritizing outcomes.
• Ownership mentality with responsibility for end-to-end outcomes.
• Ability to communicate complex systems clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Commitment to long-term contribution and strategic insight.
