Job Summary

The Manufacturing Digital Transformation Graduate acts as a Digital Transformation Partner at Lenovo’s Saudi Arabia Smart Campus, supporting factory operations, ramp-up, and continuous improvement in manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SASC factory operations to support digital transformation efforts.
• Assist in factory start-up, expansion, production ramp-up, and operational stabilization including system adoption and problem-solving.
• Support process improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
• Help deploy and enhance manufacturing and supply chain digital solutions such as MES, SAP, APS, IOT, and Digital Twins.
• Participate in requirements gathering, testing, training, user support, and hypercare activities for digital solutions.
• Analyze operational and manufacturing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities and translate these into actionable insights.
• Support smart manufacturing initiatives involving automation, AI, digital twins, and advanced analytics, including participating in proof-of-concept and pilot projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or AI-related fields.
• Strong interest in manufacturing operations and factory environments.
• Passion for digital transformation and technology-driven business improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
