Job Summary

This role focuses on driving growth in digital commerce by enhancing eCommerce platforms, customer experiences, system integrations, and digital marketing activities. The engineer will be responsible for integrating digital customer experience tools to optimize digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms and digital channels.
• Enhance customer journeys, usability, and conversion rates.
• Integrate eCommerce systems with ERP, CRM, payment, and logistics platforms.
• Develop and maintain API integrations.
• Monitor eCommerce performance and key performance indicators.
• Manage catalog, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver digital solutions and manage digital customer experience tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Digital Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Transformation, Digital Products, or Systems Integration.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and customer journeys.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with BI and analytics tools, preferably Power BI.
• Understanding of ERP/CRM integrations and SEO.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• B2B eCommerce experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL or Python (preferred).
• Experience with cloud technologies (preferred).
• Familiarity with Power Platform or automation tools (preferred).
• Exposure to AI or Generative AI (preferred).
