Job Summary

The Digital Solutions Expert provides technical IT support for Roche’s digital products at customer locations, ensuring installation, maintenance, and optimization of IT solutions in line with Roche standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, design, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot Roche Digital solutions at customer sites, documenting all cases on Roche’s designated system.
• Advise on connectivity, regulatory compliance, and security related to Roche Digital solutions, ensuring integration with HIS/LIS via HL7 and ASTM within set timelines and budgets.
• Support the Sales team with digital products during visits, tenders, presales, and deliver technical presentations.
• Translate Digital Solutions features into customer-focused benefits.
• Implement Roche Digital solutions combining analytics with sample and data flow for total lab solutions.
• Conduct and document customer training on usage and troubleshooting of Roche Digital solutions per Roche standards.
• Provide ongoing support to customers with Roche Digital solutions as business needs evolve.
• Engage with customer HIS/LIS and IT teams and escalate new business needs to the RIS development team.

Requirements

• BSc degree in IT, Computer Science, Automation, or Networking; postgraduate degree or project management certification preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in Healthcare IT, including Laboratory Information System and Hospital Information System.
• Experience with practical IT solutions in Healthcare, Windows OS and Server environments, and understanding of network topology and design.
• Working knowledge of HL7/ASTM protocols, networks, database concepts, SQL databases, GDPR, and firewall solutions such as Fortigate.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Roche IT solutions, specifically Navify Solutions.
• Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proactive, dynamic, able to work under pressure.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to persuade.
