Job Summary

Core Code io is seeking a Data Processing Specialist to manage, process, and maintain accurate data across internal systems and databases. The role involves collecting, organizing, and validating large volumes of information while ensuring data quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources into databases and spreadsheets.
• Enter, update, and review information for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and proper formatting.
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates through validation and quality checks.
• Extract, transform, and prepare data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Assist with data imports, exports, migrations, and system updates.
• Organize and maintain digital records, files, and documentation with accurate processing records.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and data summaries as required.
• Investigate data discrepancies, communicate issues to relevant teams, and meet processing deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in data processing, data entry, data management, administration, operations, or similar role.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or data management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience performing data validation and quality control.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong computer and digital skills with ability to work with large volumes of information efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable setup for remote work.
• English proficiency if position involves working with English-speaking teams or documentation.
