Job Summary

The Data Management Coordinator at Aqualine Water Technology is responsible for managing the company’s Excel master database, ensuring data accuracy, and providing useful insights to management through monthly updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the master database containing companies, potential clients, competitors, and business contacts.
• Detect and fix duplicate records, missing information, and inconsistencies in the data.
• Create targeted lists of companies and contacts based on the needs of Sales and other departments.
• Monitor shared lists and follow up with departments to gather feedback, contact results, and updated data.
• Validate updates received before adding them to the master database and keep a clear record of changes.
• Generate monthly reports that highlight data quality, contact outcomes, pending updates, and trends for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably 2–6 years of experience in data, data management, or a similar role.
• Strong skills in Excel, including PivotTables, data validation, and data cleaning.
• Ability to analyze data and produce clear, practical reports.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive follow-up.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
