Job Summary

The Data Analyst at Unifonic is responsible for analyzing revenue data to identify trends and key performance drivers, supporting sales forecasts, and improving revenue visibility across the company.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize revenue-related data including sales, renewals, churn, and ARPU.
• Analyze trends, seasonality, and anomalies to identify best practices and performance gaps.
• Create dashboards and reports for sales, finance, and operations teams to track KPIs.
• Provide regular analyses such as monthly and quarterly revenue performance versus forecasts, pipeline conversion, and gap analysis.
• Support forecasting by supplying inputs, validating models, and refining assumptions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to define metrics and ensure data integrity and capture.
• Assist in implementing tools and automations for data collection, reporting, and visualization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, revenue operations, or business analytics, preferably in SaaS or CPaaS.
• Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation; familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau.
• Strong statistical and quantitative reasoning skills with experience analyzing revenue data.
• Good understanding of revenue, pipeline, and sales metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
