Job Summary

The Cybersecurity Architect at Alstom in Riyadh is responsible for ensuring the security and resilience of critical systems by developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies. The role involves collaboration with various teams to safeguard data and infrastructure against threats.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and supervision to project and program teams.
• Participate in Project/Program Design Reviews and support engineering teams with cybersecurity design and technical issues.
• Act as a reference for management and third parties regarding cybersecurity architecture and implementation.
• Ensure consistent cybersecurity implementation aligned with Governance & Expertise policies.
• Define cybersecurity architecture and design principles and establish cybersecurity context as delegated.
• Maintain Cybersecurity Risk Analysis, Architecture Design and Requirements Allocation (CADRA), and Assets Inventory for projects involving vulnerability management.
• Support cybersecurity implementation by evaluating design documents and planning cybersecurity tests such as penetration tests and vulnerability scans.
• Select, design, and create tools for testing and perform cybersecurity tests on targeted systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, or strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience or understanding of cybersecurity risk analysis and management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity architecture and design principles.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment and security solution design.
• Ability to stay updated on cybersecurity trends and threats.
• Strong attention to detail for documenting and analyzing test results.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and address evolving security challenges.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
