Job Summary

The Customer Service Officer – Crypto will provide exceptional client support and experience across multiple communication channels, assist clients with their trading activities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service via phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp
• Guide clients through their trading journey with clarity and confidence
• Build personalized client relationships and manage complex cases professionally
• Achieve and surpass key performance indicators such as CSAT, FTR, response time, and quality standards
• Assist clients with account opening, verification, and funding inquiries
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements and escalate sensitive cases appropriately
• Use CRM and support systems to log client interactions and data accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and adhere to operational schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management
• Experience in customer service, financial services, or fintech is advantageous
• Knowledge of Crypto assets (BTC, ETH, altcoins), Wallets (hot vs cold), and Blockchain basics (transactions, confirmations, gas fees)
• Basic understanding of financial markets such as Forex and CFDs
• Commercial mindset focused on client retention and engagement
• Proficient with CRM and digital tools
• Flexible and proactive, able to work in a 24/7 environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and team spirit
