Job Summary

This role involves providing customer service support in German and English, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and offering appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service that meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Clarify and understand customer requirements using decision-support tools to resolve issues.
• Listen carefully to customer needs and concerns, showing empathy and building rapport.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally following established procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare accurate work and document accounts as required.
• Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products or services and track information in call tracking databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient or bilingual in German and English.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patience and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Willingness to rotate shifts as needed.
