Job Summary

The Co-Founder & CxO will lead a new consumer brand venture in Riyadh, focusing on scaling a personalized ready-to-wear thoob business by managing strategy, growth, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for Muheeb’s customized thoob product.
• Establish the brand vision, product range, and customer experience standards.
• Manage revenue and growth goals and report progress to the Sanabil Studio Investment Committee.
• Oversee supplier partnerships, quality assurance, and delivery schedules.
• Create operational systems to support scaling from initial orders to large volumes.
• Control packaging, branding, and customer delivery interactions.
• Recruit and lead the founding team across commercial, operations, and product areas.
• Direct paid and organic marketing efforts on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, optimizing creative strategies and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Experience launching or managing a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce business in a founder or senior commercial role.
• Knowledge of end-to-end e-commerce operations including sourcing, logistics, inventory, checkout, and retention.
• Expertise in at least one area: growth and marketing (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ROAS, brand building), technology and product (consumer web or mobile), or operations and supply chain (manufacturing, fulfillment, quality control).
• Proven leadership experience including hiring and team development.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi consumer, particularly in men’s fashion and thoob market.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is advantageous.

Nice to haves

• Experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail in Saudi or GCC markets.
• Previous seed or pre-seed startup involvement.
• Connections within Saudi manufacturing or fashion supplier networks.
• Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce platforms.
• Experience working in a venture studio environment.
