Job Summary

Provide first-line troubleshooting and technical support for Canon’s standalone and connected products. Achieve high first-time fix rates while optimizing labor and parts costs, and identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-line troubleshooting and root cause analysis for standalone and connected products within the portfolio
• Achieve high first-time fix rates and minimize recalls through cost-effective use of labor and parts
• Report on labor and parts investment using CAESAR coding structure
• Optimize stock inventory rotation and balance against return-to-fit visits
• Identify and communicate commercial opportunities to sales and marketing using Onsite-Insight
• Train super-users on Canon products, software, printer drivers and features
• Liaise with account managers on customer issues and identify opportunities to develop other areas of client business
• Contribute to team development and overall service performance

Requirements

• University degree or diploma in electronics, mechanics, or software
• Relevant experience in the service industry
• Experience understanding and following health and safety guidelines
• High technical aptitude with excellent fault-finding skills
• Strong customer handling and communication skills with ability to provide customer instruction
• Team player focused on optimizing team output
• Good commercial insight and business acumen
