Job Summary

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ELVA Health is responsible for leading the technology vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s product roadmap and business goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software and AI architecture development.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of technical executive leadership experience.
• Strong background in software development and architecture, with experience in designing scalable and secure platforms.
• Proven skills in IT strategy and product development, including defining technology roadmaps.
• Experience in project management, leading complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams with inclusive leadership.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, capable of translating technical topics into business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
