Job Summary

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Technical Co-Founder at SOURCE | Ventures in Riyadh leads the technology strategy and development across multiple ventures, focusing on AI-powered products and fast execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the Founder to define technology strategy for SOURCE’s portfolio.
• Architect and develop new products and accelerate existing platforms.
• Establish engineering standards and build technical teams for international growth.
• Balance hands-on coding, solving complex engineering challenges, strategic decision-making, and leading technical execution.
• Help build a strong engineering organization capable of creating multiple companies.
• Lead recruitment and inspire world-class engineers while remaining actively involved in development.
• Build AI-powered products, intelligent agents, automated workflows, and advanced technology platforms.
• Turn ambitious ideas into working technology rapidly without compromising quality or security.

Requirements

• Exceptional full-stack engineering skills including frontend, backend, mobile, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architecture.
• Deep understanding of modern AI, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, intelligent automation, machine learning, and AI-driven engineering.
• Ability to rapidly convert ideas into functional products with high standards of security, reliability, and quality.
• Strong execution focus, preferring building and shipping over prolonged planning.
• Ambitious mindset excited by challenging and unconventional goals.
• Passion for technology, continuously exploring new frameworks, AI advances, and engineering tools.
• Creative problem-solving skills to overcome limitations.
• Knowledge of complex financial systems including payments, transactions, digital wallets, integrations, security, and scalable financial infrastructure.
• Entrepreneurial thinking with ownership mentality and understanding of technology as a business.
• Technical leadership capability to recruit, motivate, and lead engineers while staying hands-on.
