Job Summary

The Biomedical Field Service Engineer will provide technical support for medical devices by handling installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service across healthcare facilities in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and configure medical equipment at client locations.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance following company and manufacturer guidelines.
• Identify and resolve technical problems promptly.
• Respond to customer requests and deliver on-site technical assistance.
• Document service activities accurately and keep maintenance records updated.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service completion.
• Offer basic operational instructions to end users as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Open to Saudi nationals only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related engineering field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in medical device field service or maintenance.
• Preferred hands-on experience with installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance of medical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as needed.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
