Job Summary

As a Solution Engineer at Incorta, you will implement and customize the Incorta data analytics platform to meet customer requirements. You’ll work with customers and partners to design analytics strategies, conduct technical discovery sessions, and ensure successful platform deployment and customer enablement.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Incorta platform based on unique business requirements and project objectives
• Collaborate with customers to define analytics strategy and align it with Incorta’s technical capabilities
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to introduce the Incorta platform across various use cases and industries
• Estimate scope and level of effort required for implementation and integration work
• Write clear and detailed technical design documentation for delivered solutions
• Support customer and partner onboarding and enablement through hands-on configuration and guidance
• Work effectively within cross-functional environments including clients, partners, and internal Incorta teams

Requirements

• 3 years of experience implementing analytics or business intelligence solutions
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with complex data models
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting technical implementation projects
• Familiarity with Linux server administration and cloud-based environments
• Exposure to advanced analytics tools such as R, SAS, or Apache Spark
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Proactive mindset with willingness to adapt, learn, and thrive in rapidly changing landscape
• Saudi National
• Experience with enterprise applications such as Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion is a strong plus
• Experience in consulting, client-facing roles, or working within a SaaS environment is highly desirable
