Job Summary

The Associate in Data Analytics supports audit and assurance processes by applying analytics procedures, collaborating with financial audit teams, and utilizing AI tools to enhance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes, controls, and data to execute planned analytics procedures.
• Collaborate with Core Financial Audit Teams to review analytics results.
• Document procedures and test results clearly and thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with client personnel and audit teams.
• Seek learning opportunities during work.
• Demonstrate practical experience with AI tools from academic projects or daily use and explain AI’s role in outcomes.
• Exhibit a digital mindset and eagerness to adopt new technologies and firm-approved tools.
• Apply sound judgment and integrity in AI use, including confidentiality, data handling, and ethical considerations.

Requirements

• Ability to solve business problems analytically with guidance from the Analytics Manager and implement solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Audit Command Language (ACL) and/or SQL.
• Proficiency with BI visualization tools such as PowerBI and/or Tableau.
• Comfortable handling large data sets.
• Understanding of basic financial audit processes, terminologies, and business process controls is advantageous.
• Ability to promote ideas and collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
