Job Summary

This role involves developing internal AI systems to support engineers, including automation tools, failure triage, and evaluation infrastructure for AI features. The position requires writing production code and maintaining systems used in continuous integration.

Responsibilities

• Automate testing across backend APIs, frontend web components, and mobile platforms using tools like Playwright, Appium, and Maestro.
• Develop and maintain test data management, parallelization, and CI pipelines ensuring meaningful build results.
• Create AI-driven test generation, failure classification, and self-healing test suites.
• Build evaluation infrastructure for AI features, including datasets, scoring, and regression detection tailored to Arabic and English contexts.
• Implement agentic AI for pipeline tasks such as running tests, reproducing failures, proposing fixes, and managing quality workflows.
• Design orchestration systems supporting multi-step planning, retries, sandboxed execution, and integration with existing tools like CI and Jira.
• Apply knowledge of test automation frameworks, agentic AI orchestration, context engineering, evaluation methods, reliability, and operations for LLM systems.

Requirements

• Experience shipping production software with hands-on work on LLM-backed systems used by real users.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with at least one of .NET, Java, or TypeScript.
• Proven expertise in automation across backend and UI (web or mobile) testing suites that gate releases.
• Experience building evaluation systems with measurable improvements.
• Practical knowledge of modern LLM tools including prompting, structured output, tool use, retrieval, and agentic AI orchestration.
• Solid understanding of testing fundamentals, automation frameworks, and CI/CD processes.
• Focus on adoption and usability of delivered solutions by engineering teams.
