Job Summary

The AI Transformation Advisor for the Saudi market leads comprehensive AI adoption and transformation initiatives for clients in the Middle East, focusing on strategy, change management, and program delivery to achieve measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation programs from strategy development through to execution.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish AI vision and roadmaps.
• Promote Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption via workshops, training, and practical use cases.
• Design and conduct Innovation Workshops, executive briefings, and adoption initiatives.
• Convert business requirements into actionable AI use cases and agent opportunities.
• Create and demonstrate simple AI agents to illustrate business value.
• Oversee adoption programs including planning, monitoring, KPIs, and results.
• Implement change management strategies to ensure sustainable, large-scale adoption.

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national due to workforce localization policies.
• Professional fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with customer leadership at a strategic level.
• Proven background in AI, digital, or modern work transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI productivity tools.
• Ability to demonstrate AI use cases and simple agent scenarios.
• Strong program management skills including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience delivering multi-phase transformation or adoption programs.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks such as ADKAR.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and cloud technologies.
• Experience working with enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with the KSA market is a strong advantage.
