Job Summary

The AI Outcome Engineer in Forward Deployed Engineering works closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure AI solutions are effectively integrated and delivered to customers, focusing on adoption and rapid activation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account teams and Practice Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess project feasibility and shape proposals for long-term adoption.
• Analyze code-level details to diagnose and resolve complex implementation issues, identify product bugs, and test workarounds.
• Act as the main liaison to Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot deployment blockers and convert field feedback into feature requests.
• Lead implementation strategy by providing technical authority and architectural guidance, managing delivery alongside customer-facing teams.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for partners or customers.
• Experience with enterprise integrations such as APIs, ECMs, identity, Cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
• Experience with technical delivery strategies and working with product or engineering organizations.
• Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to haves

• Experience working directly with core product/engineering teams on infrastructure or AI/ML deployments, managing delivery strategies, and debugging systems.
