Job Summary

The AI Engineer will develop AI-driven products from initial concept through to production, working across frontend, backend, and AI integration layers.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy complete AI-powered applications.
• Develop modern user interfaces using React, Next.js, or Vue.
• Build backend APIs and services with Node.js or Python.
• Integrate large language model APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Connect applications with external APIs and automation tools.
• Support deployment and maintenance of AI solutions in production environments.

Must haves

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript development.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend development.
• Practical experience integrating AI models and APIs.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, databases, and REST APIs.
• Good problem-solving and communication abilities.

Nice to haves

• Experience with AI agents and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment.
• Knowledge of speech technologies (STT/TTS) and real-time applications.

What the company offers

• Full-time position based in Amman, Jordan.
• Work is fully on-site at Al Dakhiliya Circle, Amman.
• Working days are Sunday through Thursday.
• Working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
