Job Summary

The Adobe DXP Architect will lead the design and implementation of enterprise digital experience platforms for large organizations, working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to create scalable solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders to gather objectives and current landscape insights.
• Define comprehensive target architectures involving Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Platform components.
• Convert business and experience needs into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Document key architectural decisions including deployment models and data strategies.
• Design integrations between Adobe products and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Establish data models, schemas, identity resolution, and segmentation for personalization and journey orchestration.
• Provide technical leadership including code reviews, development standards, and CI/CD practices.
• Ensure compliance with performance, security, accessibility, and data privacy requirements.

Requirements

• Over 10 years in digital or enterprise technology, with at least 6 years architecting on Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream Adobe implementations.
• Background in consulting or systems integration with enterprise clients in client-facing roles.
• Deep hands-on expertise in AEM including Cloud Service, components, Sling/OSGi, Dispatcher, DAM, and headless delivery.
• Strong knowledge of AEP applications such as RT-CDP, Journey Optimizer, Target, and Analytics/CJA.
• Solid skills in integration and cloud architecture including REST APIs, Adobe I/O, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Ability to communicate architecture clearly to both business and technical audiences.
• Comfort working independently in contract roles and integrating quickly into client teams.

Nice to haves

• Adobe certifications such as Adobe Certified Master or Expert (AEM Architect, AEP Architect).
• Experience in regulated or public-sector industries like financial services, government, or telecoms.
• Experience with Adobe Commerce or Workfront.
