Job Summary

The Admixture Systems Manager is responsible for marketing and selling Sika products to meet organizational goals, focusing on client acquisition and relationship management in a designated region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new clients who can benefit from SIKA – Jordan products.
• Visit potential and existing clients to maintain and develop relationships.
• Conduct regular visits to consultants.
• Prepare daily and weekly plans along with daily reports.
• Attend monthly sales meetings.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and product education.
• Make technical presentations demonstrating product suitability for client needs.
• Coordinate with Technical and Logistics departments to supply samples and arrange product delivery.

• Negotiate payment terms and collect payments from customers.
• Offer after-sales support and collect customer feedback.
• Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
• Communicate customer requirements to management.
• Focus on the Construction System market segment.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors or senior management to enhance organizational performance.
• Exemplify EHS responsibilities for all employees.
• Monitor competitor activities and market pricing trends, reporting findings regularly to management.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs as agreed with the General Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
