Job Summary

The Account Manager I role at Careem in Jordan involves managing relationships with restaurant partners to support their growth and success on the Careem platform. The position focuses on optimizing partner performance and driving initiatives that benefit both the company and its partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for restaurant partners, handling daily operational issues and merchant inquiries to maintain high Partner NPS.
• Increase order volume and revenue for food delivery and Dine Out segments within the assigned portfolio.
• Manage Partner Visibility discounts, promotional funding, and advertising revenue through CPC campaigns and banner placements.
• Track and enhance operational KPIs such as Wait Time Ratio, cancellation rates, outlet availability, and stock compliance at the item level.
• Improve merchant store pages by managing pricing, images, descriptions, and menu layouts to increase conversion rates.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply, and Finance teams to implement growth strategies and resolve account issues.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or related roles, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or F&B sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience managing external stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and data interpretation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on action and continuous improvement.
• Capability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
