Job Summary

The Account Manager I at Careem in Amman is responsible for managing and developing relationships with restaurant partners on the Food & Dineout team. The role focuses on enhancing partner performance and driving initiatives that benefit both the partners and Careem.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of restaurant partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Enhance partner performance by conducting business reviews, analyzing data, and providing strategic advice.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to implement growth strategies.
• Address and resolve partner issues promptly to maintain high-quality experiences.
• Track and evaluate partner performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in onboarding and training new partners to ensure their success.
• Represent partner interests internally and collaborate with teams to improve the platform.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or related roles, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or F&B sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and data interpretation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on action and continuous improvement.
• Capability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
